    Initial Screening

    Qualified candidates are contacted for an initial screening, which may be done via phone or video call, which aims to assess the candidate's interest in the position, basic qualifications, and availability

    Interviews

    Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews, which may consist of multiple rounds and various formats (e.g., phone, video, or in-person interviews). Interviewers assess the candidate's skills, experience, cultural fit, and ability to perform the job

    Assessment Tests and Exercises

    Depending on the role, candidates may be required to complete job-related tests, assessments, or exercises to evaluate their abilities further.

    Checks

    Reference check and background check may be conducted

    Job Offer

    Once the company selects a candidate, a formal job offer is extended, outlining details such as salary, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment.

    Acceptance and Onboarding

    If the candidate accepts the job offer, the onboarding process begins. This includes completing paperwork, orientation, and training

    Rejection Notifications

    Candidates who were not selected are informed of the decision respectfully, and feedback may be provided if requested
